Yes! The Free plan lets you edit up to 5 documents per month with 100 MB of storage. No credit card is required to sign up. You can upgrade anytime if you need more.

What file formats are supported?

BB Docs currently supports PDF files. You can upload PDFs up to 50 MB (free) or larger on paid plans. We're working on adding support for more formats in the future.

Are my documents secure?

Absolutely. All documents are stored securely on our servers with encryption. Files are private to your account and only accessible to people you explicitly share with. We never access or read your documents.

Can I share documents with people who don't have an account?

Yes! You can generate a share link that anyone can use to view (or sign) a document without needing a BB Docs account.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Your plan will remain active until the end of your billing period. You'll keep access to your documents on the free plan after cancellation.

What can the AI do and how much do I get?

The AI fills forms with a guided question-and-answer flow, checks your form for errors before you submit, finds the right government form from a description, converts complex PDF tables into clean spreadsheets, and answers questions about your document. Free users get 3 AI actions per day, Pro gets 25, and Business gets 100. The limit resets daily.
