Yes! The Free plan lets you edit up to 5 documents per month with 100 MB of storage. No credit card is required to sign up. You can upgrade anytime if you need more.

What file formats are supported?

BB Docs currently supports PDF files. You can upload PDFs up to 50 MB (free) or larger on paid plans. We're working on adding support for more formats in the future.

Are my documents secure?

Absolutely. All documents are stored securely on our servers with encryption. Files are private to your account and only accessible to people you explicitly share with. We never access or read your documents.

Can I share documents with people who don't have an account?

Yes! You can generate a share link that anyone can use to view (or sign) a document without needing a BB Docs account.

What's the difference between BB Docs Web and BB Docs Desktop?

BB Docs Web runs entirely in your browser — great for editing, signing, merging, and sharing. BB Docs Desktop is a Windows application with advanced features like OCR text recognition, batch processing, redaction, and digital certificate signing. Both are made by BinaryBridge Inc.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Your plan will remain active until the end of your billing period. You'll keep access to your documents on the free plan after cancellation.

What is the AI Assistant and how many messages do I get?

The AI Assistant helps you work with documents faster — summarize, extract data, translate, improve writing, detect form fields, generate PDFs, and chat about your documents. Free users get 5 AI messages per day, Pro gets 25, and Business gets 100. The limit resets daily.
